A Letter from Chris
"I got into massage therapy when I was about ten years old. I've been studying massage for over a decade now. Strangely enough, what really got me interested in massage was Mr. Spock. Yes, Star Trek. He used pressure points against his enemies, and I wanted to know how to do that. That led me to finding several books and videos about healing through pressure points and massage therapy. I used what I learned to help several friends and family with their pain. Around May of 2009, several of them convinced me to get licensed. I started attending NMTI on July 28, 2009 and graduated in February of 2010."
